Two types of patio enclosure/sunrooms are available, the three-season room and the year-round room. Each patio enclosure will enhance your home's appearance and value. The three-season room is available with the patented "Vertical Four Track" windows.

These windows slide up or down allowing for full closure, half closure, one-quarter closure of each window. All windows have the "tilt-in" feature for easy cleaning. The vinyl window surface has "memory". In the event of accidental distortion, it will return to its original shape in a few minutes.

The sturdy aluminum frames come in white, anodized or bronze finishes and are glazed with rugged clear or tinted vinyl materials that is weather resistant and easy to clean. Tempered glass is also available in a "slider" style window.

The year-round room will enable you to heat the room without the worry of "sweating" walls. The ceilings are insulated and can have flat or gabled roofs. Try adding special interest glass, such as stained or etched glass, in the gable instead of solid wall for a more aesthetically pleasing finish. The patio enclosures can be built over an existing slab or deck, on the ground floor or higher. If necessary, a slab or deck can be built for you prior to the patio construction. Most patio enclosures can be constructed in two to four days. Special interior colors and treatments are available to suit most decorating schemes.
